ApprovalTrack is currently invite-only. If you're reading this, you're one of a small group of people helping us put the platform through its paces during an active development phase. We're grateful for that — and we think you deserve honesty over legal padding.
This is a placeholder Terms of Use document. It covers the things that actually matter right now, without the corporate boilerplate.
ApprovalTrack is under active development. Features are being added, workflows are being refined, and not everything has been fully stress-tested yet. By using the platform during the pilot phase, you're acknowledging that this isn't a finished product — and you're okay with that.
We'll always be upfront about what's ready and what's still being worked on.
This is the most important thing in this document.
Live events move fast. Deadlines are real. We know that better than most — it's why we built this. But because ApprovalTrack is still being tested and vetted, unforeseen infrastructure issues could prevent access to photos and content associated with your account. We're not saying that to scare you off; we're saying it because we'd rather you hear it from us now than find out the hard way at 11pm on show night.
Please treat ApprovalTrack as your primary approval workflow, not your only storage solution. Keep your original files somewhere you control — your own drives, your photographers' hard drives, a backup cloud service — until we've fully tested the platform and can confidently stand behind it.
We're working toward that confidence. We're not there yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
ApprovalTrack is a tool for managing media submission and approval workflows. You may upload content, invite team members, share galleries with clients, and use all features made available to you under your current access level.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to any content you upload and share through the platform.
We won't make guarantees about uptime, data retention windows, or service-level commitments during the pilot phase. We're running lean and building in real time. What we will guarantee is that we're paying attention and that we care whether this works for you.
Before ApprovalTrack leaves invite-only and officially launches, we'll post a full Terms of Use document — properly written and reviewed. Every active pilot user will be notified via email before those terms take effect. You'll have time to review everything and, if needed, delete your account and any associated data. No one gets blindsided.
Talk to us. We're reachable at support@approvaltrackapp.com and we'd rather you reach out than quietly wonder.
This placeholder Terms of Use is in effect during the ApprovalTrack invite-only pilot period and will be replaced by a comprehensive, legally reviewed Terms of Use prior to public launch.
